Ramos Leadership Co. — Group Coaching — Starting May 6th
You built this business to give you freedom. So why does it feel like a prison?
This is the exact work I did to take my wife's real estate team from a kitchen table to $65 million in annual sales, and what I had to do to save it when it nearly destroyed us.
Marco personally speaks with every member before payment.
What this is: Group Coaching for busy business owners who need breakthrough.
One call a week. Real teaching. Real coaching.

Every Tuesday at 11am CT, a small group of serious business owners get on a live Zoom call with Marco Ramos. He teaches for 20 minutes. Then he coaches. Real problems, real answers, real accountability. One call a week. The price goes up after May 6th.
Tuesdays at 11:00am CT | Live on Zoom | Recordings available for members
You started this business because you wanted freedom. More money, more time, more life. And for a while, every bit of hard work felt like progress.
Then something shifted.
The business you built to give you freedom became the thing stealing it. It stopped being something you ran and started being something that consumed you. Your nights. Your weekends. Your mornings before anyone else woke up. The vacations you never took. The dinners you were physically present for but mentally somewhere else. The conversations with your kids you half-heard because your brain never actually left the office.
You built a monster. And the monster is hungry every single day.
You're exhausted. Not the kind of tired that sleep fixes. The deep kind. The kind that makes you question whether any of this was worth it. You can't step away without everything falling apart. You can't take a day off without your phone turning into a grenade. You lie awake running numbers, replaying conversations, worrying about the employee who's checked out, the client who went quiet, the thing you forgot to handle that's going to blow up tomorrow.
You're not failing. In a lot of ways you're succeeding. But success feels nothing like what you thought it would. And that might be the most disorienting thing of all.
Here's what you already know but haven't said out loud. You've been so buried in the day to day that you never built the structure that was supposed to sit underneath all of this. The foundation that would let the business run without you running yourself into the ground. You knew you needed it. You just never had the time, the clarity, or someone to show you exactly what to build and in what order.
That's what this is.
This is for you if —
You own a business doing $500,000 to $2.5 million in revenue and have at least one employee.
You feel like you are the ceiling of your own company — that without you there, things stop.
You are not the problem.
The structure underneath you is.
This is not for you if —
This is not for you if you are looking for motivation, hype, or someone to tell you that you are doing great. This is for the owner who is ready to look honestly at what is really going on and do the work to fix it.
I know what this feels like because I lived it from the other side.
My wife Brittany and I built a real estate team from a kitchen table. No funding, no connections, no roadmap. Just the two of us and a decision to outwork everyone around us.
It worked. We grew. HGTV show. A brokerage. Twenty agents. From the outside, we looked like we had it figured out.
Then it fell apart. A franchise deal went sideways. Agents left. The market shifted. We had taken on a high-end office and heavy overhead. We burned through over $300,000 in savings trying to stay afloat.
We sold the brokerage, stripped everything back, and rebuilt from the foundation up.
In Q1 of 2026, Brittany's team closed $30 million and brought in half a million dollars in revenue in three months. Not because we found a new strategy. Because we finally did the work we had been too busy to do when things were good.
I am not a coach who learned this in a classroom or from a social media guru. I am an operator who built it, lost it, and rebuilt it. There is a difference.

Because business that isn’t personal, isn’t worth doing.

Will Naquin

What we do in this program is not complicated.
It is just the right work and it is in the right order.
Here is exactly what you are joining.
One call a week. Every Week. Real teaching. Real coaching.

The first twenty to thirty minutes I teach. Each week we go deep on that week's phase. Not slides. Not theory. What actually happened inside our business, what I did, what I would do differently, and what you need to do inside yours.

The rest of the call is hot seat coaching. You bring your real business problems. We work through them together in front of the group. Real situations, real answers, real accountability.
Tuesdays at 11:00am CT | Live on Zoom | Recordings available for members

Questions
Question 1
How long is the program?
One call per week, one phase per week, on a monthly cycle. Reckoning, Foundation, Ignition, Conviction. In months with a fifth week we add Authority of the Valley — an explicitly faith-oriented session. You go through the full cycle every month and go deeper each time.
Question 2
When are the calls?
Tuesdays at 11:00am CT, live on Zoom.
Question 3
What if I miss a call?
Recordings are available. The hot seat is live only — you have to be on the call to participate.
Question 4
Is this faith-based?
Faith informs how Marco leads. Authority of the Valley is explicitly faith-oriented. The rest of the program is for any serious business owner regardless of background.
Question 5
How do I know if I'm the right fit?
You own a business doing $500K to $2.5M. You have at least one employee. You feel like the business is running you. You know you have been avoiding the structural work. You are ready to stop avoiding it.
Question 6
What happens after I apply?
You book a free 30-minute call with Marco. He personally confirms fit before anyone pays anything. If it is right for both sides he sends a payment link. Once you are in you get a personal welcome, the Zoom link, and access to the private community.
If you have read this far you already know whether this is for you. The only question is whether you are going to do something about it. Apply below. Marco will reach out personally before you are charged anything.
