I'm offering a no-nonsense group coaching program designed for business owners who are ready to do the unglamorous, structural work required to scale their businesses without being the bottleneck. I'll show you how I built a $65 million real estate team and rebuilding it after a near-collapse, with a proven framework for sustainable growth.

The program is built on a five-part framework:

 

    1.    The Five Daily Non-Negotiables: Establish baseline habits (read/listen to non-fiction, 30-minute workout, post an Instagram story, review goals, make three outreach contacts). These are required to participate in hot seat coaching.

    2.    Reckoning: An honest assessment of the business’s financial and structural reality.

    3.    Foundation: Building the operating system, defining roles, and establishing clear priorities so the business can run independently.

    4.    Ignition: Scaling through marketing, sales, and brand investment once the foundation is secure.

    5.    Conviction: Preparing for market shifts and inevitable challenges by building resilience.

 

What’s Included

    •    Weekly Live Group Coaching: Every Tuesday at 11:00 am CT. The first 20-30 minutes focus on teaching the framework, followed by hot seat coaching for real business problems.

    •    Private Community: A dedicated space to ask questions, share wins, and network with other committed business owners.

Pricing and Commitment

    •    Time Commitment: One weekly call (Tuesdays at 11:00 am CT) plus the Non-Negotiables.

    •    Investment: $2,000 for 3 months OR $6,000 for 12 months (saving $2,000 annually).

    •    Note: Prices increase after May 6th. No refunds are offered to ensure full commitment.
