If you have been thinking about joining the Ramos Leadership Co. group coaching program but want to understand what it actually is before you apply, this is for you.
The short version: One call a week. Real teaching. Real coaching. A framework built from a real business, not a classroom.
Where this came from
My wife Brittany and I built a real estate team from a kitchen table to $65 million in annual sales over eight years. No investors, no outside funding, no roadmap. Just the two of us and a relentless commitment to doing the right work in the right order.
Then it nearly fell apart. A franchise deal went sideways. Agents left. The market shifted. We burned through over $300,000 in savings trying to stay afloat. We eventually sold the brokerage, stripped everything back to fundamentals, and rebuilt from the ground up.
In Q1 of 2026, Brittany's team closed $30 million in a single quarter — half a million dollars in revenue in three months. Not because we found a new strategy. Because we finally did the structural work we had been too busy to do when things were good.
This framework is what drove that. It is the sequence of moves I made inside our business, in order, over a decade. I did not invent it at a desk. I lived it.
What we cover in the program
The program is built around four phases, one per week on a monthly cycle.
Reckoning is the mirror. We hold it up to your business and look at what is actually there. Where the money comes from. What is being made and how. Who is in charge of what. The financial reality right now, not the story you have been telling yourself. Most business owners have never done this clearly. This is where the real work starts.
Foundation is the build. Once you know what the mirror shows, you construct something real underneath the business. The right people in the right roles. A functioning operating system. Clear priorities. The structure that lets the business run without you being the only thing holding it together. This is the unglamorous work nobody talks about but everybody needs.
Ignition is the fuel. Once the foundation is real, you market, sell, reinvest, and grow. You get clear on who your customer is and make them the hero of everything you do. Most people try to do this first. That is why it does not work.
Conviction is what happens when it gets hard. And it will. The market shifts. Someone you trusted leaves. Something breaks. This phase is about who you are when it costs you something, and whether the foundation underneath you can hold when everything above it is shaking. Nobody prepares you for this phase. We will.
In months with a fifth week, we add a session called Authority of the Valley. That one is explicitly faith-oriented and fully optional in spirit, though Marco leads from that place.
How the calls work
Every Tuesday at 11:00am CT, members join a live Zoom call with Marco.
The first 20 to 30 minutes is teaching. Marco goes deep on that week's phase, not from slides or theory, but from what actually happened inside real businesses and what it means for yours.
The rest of the call is hot seat coaching. Members bring their real business problems and work through them live, with the group watching and learning. Real situations, real answers, real accountability.
Recordings are available for members. Hot seat coaching is live only.
The Five Daily Non-Negotiables
To get on the hot seat, you have to be doing the work. That means completing the Five Daily Non-Negotiables every day, Monday through Saturday.
Read 10 pages or listen to 30 minutes of a non-fiction book
Work out for 30 minutes
Post at least one Instagram story on camera talking about your business
Review your written goals two to three times
Make three opens — a message, text, or call to someone you will eventually make an offer to
Sundays are your rest day for the opens. Everything else applies daily.
This is not busywork. These five habits are the foundation of what it means to operate at a high level. If you are doing them, you earn the hot seat. If you are not, you are not ready for what the hot seat requires.
Who this is for
You own a business doing $500,000 to $2.5 million in revenue and have at least one employee. You feel like you are the ceiling of your own company — that without you personally involved, things stop. You know you have been avoiding the structural work. You are ready to stop avoiding it.
This is not for you if you are looking for motivation, hype, or someone to tell you that you are doing great.
Pricing
The annual option is $6,000 paid upfront. The quarterly option is $2,000 per quarter, also paid upfront. There is no monthly option. This is for owners who are ready to commit to the work, not test the water.
The price goes up after May 6th. If you lock in before then, your rate is locked for as long as you stay a member.
How to join
Apply at ramosleadership.com/group. Marco personally speaks with every member before anyone pays anything. You book a free 30-minute call, he confirms fit, and if it is right for both sides he sends a payment link. Once you are in you get a personal welcome, the Zoom link, and access to the private community.
If you have questions, reach Marco directly at marco@ramosleadership.com or (504) 418-8829.
Business that isn't personal isn't worth doing.
